A three days weekend camp programme (Friday till Sunday) designed to assess and rediscover our ability as leaders. The 55 hours away from home provides a different environment, where it encourages participants to step out of the comfort zone of their daily life. The prime focus of the camp is to enhance and revitalise energy, enthusiasm and re-cause directions, steps for progress and lead.
The Leadership Camp is suitable for those who have completed Bright Ideas (BI) workshop, Become a Successful Owner Manager (BSOM) workshop, or those who have already business, and or about to embark into doing business. The camp also requires physically fitness, and self- enthusiasm to participate in the challenges of managing time, managing team and managing one-self. Ultimately participant will need to take the challenge to get to know whom you really are.
The Leadership Camp is divided into 7 sessions, All sessions will be conducted in the hall environment and open natural environment. There will be individual working and learning process or group sharing -discussion in every session. Focusing more on personal attribute and values.
