This is the first ever award category introduced with the aims of providing further recognition for LiveWIRE participants who had endured the challenges of business and its environment for a specific number of years and are still in sustainable business conditions.
This awards Category is limited to any LiveWIRE Brunei programme participants who are already in existing business and are currently in Business operation for not less then 3 years.
Participants are required to submit a Development/Growth plan instead of the normal Business Plan. The development plan should consists of information about their present business operations with emphasis on |

| JUDGING CRITERIA |
| |
A company needs to provide documentation in the following four criteria, in addition to the executive summary, within each criteria are suggested areas to address. |

1 - Management Practices |
| |
- pertinent sections from an employee handbook, company manual or training program (formal or informal) showing how management policies are communicated to and implemented by employees
- formal training and/or procedures used to address concerns an employee may have in dealing with any dilemma
- formal or informal management practices and policies that foster positive employee relations
- employee benefits and/or work place practices which contribute to the quality of family life
- actions by the business to assess risks and take appropriate actions to prevent workplace injury
- examples of sound environmental practices if any.

- examples of how your business has prospered because of your belief in honesty, integrity and doing the right thing
- complimentary feedback from customers, vendors and/or suppliers

- actions taken by your company showing that it went “beyond the call of duty”
- examples of cases where your company had to make tough decisions that had negative short-term consequences and led to long-term benefits.

3 - Marketing/Advertising/Communications/Sales Practices |

| JUDGING PROCESS |
- Participants must be prepared to provide additional information or data upon request of the judges.
- Short-listed entrants shall be invited to make a presentation of their Business Plans in front of a panel of judges. A maximum of two representatives are allowed to make the presentations.
- For category B, the judges will be visiting the business premises of the short listed candidates.
- The judges reserve the rights to penalize and/or disqualify any entrants that do not meet the required standards and entry criteria.
- All decision made by the panel of judges are final.

| Judges reserve the rights not to award any prizes and/or reduce the amount of cash prizes if the plan(s) submitted does not meet the required standards as set up by the judges. |

| All the entrants will receive a Certificates of Participation. All winner and runner-up will receive winning trophies, certificates of appreciation and Cash & overseas course. |

Refers to allowances, air-fare and hotel expenses (depending on the overseas destination that the programme) is held, the rate is allocated by LiveWIRE Brunei for the duration of the overseas course programme only. |

Refer to the self-development course called “Landmark Forum” offered by Landmark Educations.
The participants will be send to the next available programme after the prize presentation ceremony which could either be in Thailand or Singapore.
Winner and Runner-Up do not have the discretion of choosing their preference destinations. |
